The people at the store said they couldn't help us that we had to call AT&T and get help from the customer service number. Which took forever because we couldn't get a solid answer and needed help switching us. An hour later and talking to 4 reps. We figured it out. While we were doing all this, the employees of this location where outside playing football. But they couldn't help us.

Jessica was wonderful! She is pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. She exudes customer service. She really is the example for which of all of your employees should strive. She fixed problems that your phone support nor a different store could fix.I can not say enough about how much she regained our trust in AT&T.

Amazing staff. They help me and my family with all our needs, we really appreciate the hard work they put in. Kelly specifically help amazingly!
